Loading ...The Atlanta Hawks have set their final roster and cut the team down to 14 players. Damion James and James Anderson were waived and Anthony Tolliver was kept on the team. The maximum number of players that a team can carry is 15, so with the Hawks keeping 14 it allows them to keep their options open to add a player later by signing them or by a two for one trade.
Tolliver had better statistics in the preseason than James or Anderson. Anthony Tolliver saw on average 18.7 minutes worth of action and put up 8.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in that time. Damion James averaged 6.5 points and 6.8 boards and James Anderson averaged 2.0 points and 0.7 rebounds.
