Since the Atlanta Braves are honoring Chipper Jones by retiring his number on Friday, let's have a look at the most memorable moment of his career – when the Braves beat the Cleveland Indians in the 1995 World Series.

While Tom Glavine won the World Series MVP, Chipper hit .286 with three runs scored in a very low-scoring series.

The Braves will retire Jones' no. 10 Friday night before they host the Arizona Diamondbacks.
