Due to a difficult political situation in the Dominican Republic, Jose Constanza was still in the Caribbean country as opposed to report to Spring Training as of Thursday afternoon, braves.com reports.
Dave O'Brien tweets that "things are different" in the Domincan Republic, implying the situation is not Constanza's fault.
Out of the three Braves minor league pitchers who were stuck in the Domincan Republic earlier this week, Johan Flande and Juan Jaime had reported to camp, but no word has been reported on Wirfin Obispo.
