With the World Baseball Classic pushing up the start of Spring Training, the Atlanta Braves saw their first early arrivals complete their first workout of the new season.

Though it's not clear how many Braves are at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Fla., but an obvious sense of enthusiasm emanated from a tweet sent out by Freddie Freeman.

"1st workout done in Florida! Now time to hit the links," Freeman tweeted from his @FreddieFreeman5 handle.

Paul Maholm, tweeting from @paul_maholm, thanked Freeman for the invitation to the golf course.

Pitchers and catchers officially report Feb. 11, and the full squad will report Feb. 14.
