Now that the Scouting Combine is underway in Indianapolis, it's time to reflect back on the excellent season of Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians.

In his first season at the helm of the Red Birds, the 60-year-old Arians has led them to just their fourth winning season since moving to Arizona in 1988.

Not only that but Arians is the first Cardinals coach since Norm Barry back in 1925 to record at least nine wins in his first season. Only the 2009 squad has reached double-digit wins for the franchise after the move from St. Louis. No group has won 11.

Remember, the Cards were just 5-11 in 2012. This year the Red Birds soared to a 10-6 record and were in the playoff hunt right up until their final game of the season against the San Francisco 49ers.

Arians, the 2012 NFL Coach of the Year with Indianapolis, brought a winning attitude to the Cards and an aggressive approach on both sides of the ball.

Arizona is in the best division in the NFL so things won't be easy moving forward. However, the Cardinals are a team on the rise despite playing in the rugged NFL West.

"I'm used to winning the division at 11-5," Arians said. "It's a great division."

It looks like the Cardinals have a great coach as well.
