The winning streak for the Arizona Cardinals is over.

Nick Foles tossed three touchdown passes and LeSean McCoy rushed for 79 yards to lead the Philadelphia Eagles to a 24-21 victory over the Arizona Cardinals this afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for the Red Birds, who dropped to 7-5. The Eagles improved to 7-5 with the win. Both teams are vying for a NFC playoff berth.

Carson Palmer thew for 302 yards and three touchdown passes but committed three turnovers (two interceptions, one fumble). Arizona's offensive line had a rough afternoon though – Palmer was sacked five times.

Andre Ellington (knee) missed the game so Rashard Mendenhall was the primary back and rushed for a team-high 76 yards on 18 carries. The Cards surely missed the explosive Ellington. Michael Floyd had five receptions for 99 yards, including a 23-yard TD catch. Larry Fitzgerald added five receptions for 72 yards and a 43-yard scoring catch. Fitzgerald now has nine touchdown receptions on the season.

It was just Philadelphia's second home victory of the season. Foles now has 19 TD passes and NO interceptions this season. Tight end Zach Ertz had five catches for 68 yards and two touchdowns. The Cardinals have had problems defending the tight end this season.

The Red Birds were just 4-for-12 on third down. Jim Dray caught the other TD pass from Palmer, a three-yard reception to forge the final score.

Defensively, Arizona registered five sacks, including two by linebacker Karlos Dansby.
