Jay Feely's 27-yard field goal with 1:29 remaining in the fourth quarter gave the Red Birds the victory. Carson Palmer's 13-yard touchdown pass to Larry Fitzgerald with 3:06 to play had knotted the contest up at 10-all.
The victory evened Arizona's record at 2-2 and made their week-long stay in Florida well worth it. The Bucs slipped to 0-4.
Fitzgerald had six catches for 67 yards and a TD. Palmer finished 21-for-38 for 248 yards and one TD. He also threw two picks and was sacked once.
Patrick Peterson, the Pro Bowl cornerback, was the defensive star for Arizona with two fourth quarter interceptions. His first interception set up Palmer's game-tying scoring strike to Fitzgerald, who beat Darrelle Revis. It was Fitzgerald's 80th career touchdown reception.
The Cardinals held Doug Martin, Tampa Bay's Pro Bowl running back, to 45 yards rushing on 27 carries.
