Despite the fact that his team lost a very tough 27-24 decision to the St. Louis Rams on Sunday, Arizona Cardinals nose tackle Dan Williams will always remember the game because he scored the first touchdown of his entire football career in that contest.

The University of Tennessee product intercepted a Sam Bradford pass in the third quarter at the two-yard line and returned it for his first TD – ever.

What was the closest Williams came to scoring a touchdown before Sunday?

“I got close in high school one time but I fumbled,” Williams told espn.com.

Arians sticking with Levi Brown

Levi Brown had a game to forget against the Rams. Robert Quinn ate him for lunch, blowing by him for three of the Rams' four sacks. The former fifth-round pick has a lot of improving to do, as does the Cardinals' offensive line in general. For now, head coach Bruce Arians is sticking with Brown at left tackle.

Nate Potter did not impress the coaches enough in training camp to win the job so Brown will be back on the field when the Red Birds face Detroit in their home opener on Sunday in Glendale.

"I got work to do," Brown explained to espn.com. "I didn't perform well. I think he (Quinn) had three sacks. That's not acceptable. Go back to work tomorrow and get ready for next week."
